I’m just a girl

With no particular set of skills.

Just more Love than I’ve ever known what to do with.

About me is about you.

I built a cabin here in the wild because I want you with me.

For the first time in years I am daring to thrive alone; but I’ve always been a sucker for poetry and its incomparable power to heal.

I’m also loud, honest and ready to LIVE.

Know you are welcome here.

My intent here is and always will be to Love you (I always capitalize Love), to be there for you, to remind us where we come from, to welcome you to my fire and to set you free with a lantern and a soft smile.

Forever,

Sobriety Poet

Found your poetry as I’ve found Sobriety. You capitalize Love, I capitalize Sobriety.

I don’t know how I missed seeing your comment. Ah! So sorry. Thank you for taking the time to respond here. I am with you on capitalizing Sobriety. : ) There is no other option is there. It’s been a beautiful and brutal road. Hope to see you around here my friend. Huge Love and support to you.
